Most people come into therapy because they need a new perspective on their life. They are seeking change, need advice, or what to grow personally. Coming into therapy/counseling can be unnerving. It's hard to know what to expect or what you're supposed to do. But don't worry! It's not that scary. I offer a compassionate judgement-free space to explore how you want your life and your relationships to look.

Do you have a hurting child? Children express this pain in complex ways. Maybe they're extra dependent, or suddenly withdrawn, or they're acting out behaviorally at home or at school. This can be very confusing for adults and it's difficult to know what the cause might be. If your child is acting odd or something has happened recently counseling can be a good outlet for them-- and you! I love working with children and families. I can offer parenting support, counseling for your child, or counseling for your whole family.

Come meet me and see if this would be a good working relationship! I offer the first 30 minutes free.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Of course! It's a very vulnerable thing to present yourself to someone and to be open to growing. That's one of the main reasons I offer a 30 minute free consultation. It gives us a chance to chat and see if therapy would be beneficial for you. It also gives you a chance to ask questions that aren't on this website. And, most importantly of all, to see if I would be a good fit for you.
