I am a psychotherapist specializing in working with people who have been traumatized, who are grieving, who are struggling with transitions in their lives (workplace, relationship, others), or who may be dealing with depression and/or anxiety. I work in a long-term model and focus on building a trusting relationship and working over time to highlight issues and build strengths and overall life improvement. I worked for years at the FDNY with firefighters and EMTs traumatized by their 9/11 exposures and with family members who lost loved ones on 9/11. I also work with veterans, and have worked extensively with victims of partner abuse.
