A desire to help others navigate life's complexities with transformational healing and hope rests at the heart of my work. Therapy offers a chance to make connections that can help you heal trauma and interpersonal conflict.

I use a variety of theoretical perspectives, including family systems theory, psychodynamic theory, and attachment theory. I use a psychodynamic perspective to better understand cognitive and emotional internal processes. This perspective allows me to explore your desires and drives, as well as the ways your mental and emotional life influence your behavior from birth and throughout the rest of your life. The subconscious mind, as well as the nonverbal cues you received both explicitly and implicitly from your parents or caregivers can affect your psyche, personality, and ultimately, how you function, feel, and think?and who you ultimately become.

Relationships are at the core of our humanity, offering us a powerful opportunity to restore our sense of happiness and purpose by nurturing meaningful connections. I help you unearth the factors that affect your relationships and self-perception, so you can break free of the past and achieve professional and personal satisfaction.

My Role as a Therapist

Meaningful change really is possible. I adopt a personal, close-up view of the root causes of your conflict, toil, and pain, but in a safe environment. I help you establish a strong therapeutic relationship that can help you move into wholeness, healing, and safety.

Social anxiety, depression, test anxiety, body image issues, and obsessive feelings and thoughts can overwhelm you, leaving you feeling defeated.
