Most likely you are here because your current life situation is not working for you or a loved one. Day to day stressors can lead to feeling overwhelmed. The feelings attached to these experiences are not harmful and are emotions felt by everyone, but holding in these feelings can impact our physical and mental health, as well as relationships with others. Seeking a therapist is a brave and empowering step in moving forward to live the life you desire and deserve. Utilizing holistic and creative processes, I support individuals in moving forward to grow healthier lives and relationships.

More Info About My Practice

As an art therapist, I help guide your healing and self discovery using art materials allowing thoughts and feelings to move as you dialogue with your inner canvas through painting, drawing, collage, and sculpture helping to give image to what the experience feels and looks like in your body. The art becomes a physical representation of your thoughts and feelings allowing for further reflection upon what seems to be working and not working in your current life situation.

My Therapy Focus

As a client centered and strength based therapist, I work primarily with children, teens, and women working through a multitude of presenting symptoms including anxiety, depression, loss and grief, emotional regulation, life transitions, self-esteem, and social skills. I work with individuals, families, and groups. Current group offerings include, Women's Identity and Stress Reduction, The Art of Friendship; A Social Skills Group for Kids, and Intuitive/Expressive Painting.
