I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and to be the best version of themselves. Over the past ten years, I have seen people make significant changes and be able to view their world through new lenses. My approach is strengths-based and holistic, addressing the whole person. I am compassionate and non-judgmental, but also direct and matter-of-fact in my approach.

My passion is working with college students and adults on mental health and addiction issues. I work collaboratively with you to identify goals and solutions that work best for you in your life now. You will always have a choice in the direction therapy goes in order to ensure it remains beneficial to you. It is common for people to experience more than one issue at a time.

As a Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Counselor, I am trained to address complex issues using evidenced-based interventions. My goal is to help you develop deeper insight and self awareness into your thought and relationship patterns, provide a safe place to work through difficult issues or addictions, and provide tools that may help you achieve overall balance for a lifetime. Deciding to start the therapeutic process takes courage and I would be honored to join you on your journey. Let me help you get back on track.
