In my practice, I treat clients dealing with sexual and other types of trauma, as well as intimacy issues, inner conflict and shame. As we work towards greater self-acceptance and peace, my approach is non-judgmental, direct and engaged.

I specialize in sex work, and I have a sex-positive viewpoint that focuses on improving clients' intimate relationships, both with themselves and with others.

I am trained in EMDR, as well as other trauma treatment methods. I have experience working with a variety of emotional issues, from depression and shame to anxiety and PTSD.

I believe that each individual is able to hold the key to healing, growth and connection, in whatever way is most meaningful. My job is to help guide clients through this process with full attention, openness and honesty.

More Info About My Practice

I accept Cigna and Blue Shield PPO insurance plans. My full fee is $125, which is negotiable depending on clients' financial situations.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My interests and experience are geared towards clients who struggle with intimacy, both within themselves and in their relationships with others. There are many people who have suffered trauma or abuse without having the opportunity to address the lasting effects of these experiences. To a great degree, my work revolves around helping those who are looking to explore, understand and heal the painful symptoms that trauma and abuse cause and that often go unattended.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

In my experience, psychotherapy helps in that it offers clients a way to explore and re-work the feelings that cause them pain and conflict. When they can go through this process with an objective yet caring other, they are able to better understand and heal that which has held them back in their lives.
