Hello, My philosophy and approach is fairly simple ~ people sometimes get stuck in their lives and want to make a shift. My job is to help you identify where you are stuck, work with you to identify the changes you want to make, help you neutralize the fears that get in the way, and navigate as you move in the direction you want. You will find me warm, caring, emphatic and a good listener. You will find that I also challenge you and will ask you to examine some of your beliefs and thoughts. You are the driver in your journey. I am your co-pilot who helps you navigate tricky areas.

In my mid-thirties I experienced a life-changing event and made the decision to return to school and earned my undergraduate and graduate degrees in my early forties. For me, my "job" isn't only my profession; it is what I am passionate about and, I believe, is my calling, it's who I am.

You should know that my dog, Nina, comes to work with me most days. She is a Standard Poodle, just a year old and a great co-worker.

I am also a trained mediator and specialize in family mediation including, helping couples stay together, divorce and mediating disagreements among family members.
