I am an attachment-based therapist who values the healing and transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. I help to clarify thoughts, express feelings, resolve inner conflicts and build resiliency to assist you in taking action. I value the intersubjective realm
and can repair/rebuild organizing structures within the personality. My preference and history is one of longer term, in-depth psychotherapy, but I am open to negotiating short term if that is what you are requesting. My approach is customized to your particular needs.
