I specialize in helping adults in their twenties and thirties who feel stuck make personal and professional changes. I use a practical, positive approach in therapy. Sometimes this means helping the client set clear goals or realize their strengths. It always means meeting clients where they are emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I believe in working with the whole person, exploring all components of his or her life, including work, relationships, health, and sexuality. I enjoy taking this journey toward happiness with the client, and enjoy helping them achieve their goals.

I offer clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and depression a holistic approach. Adopting a workout routine, embracing creative expression, and adjusting diet can all be helpful. Even the tiniest adjustments can yield big changes.
