Seeking therapy, you are possibly feeling vulnerable and in need of support and understanding. You may struggle with making decisions, and trying to figure out what will make you happier. Choosing a therapist can be overwhelming. I would like to help. In counseling, I create a space where you can safely discuss the issues that create stress, and hold you back in life. I provide a non-judgmental and supportive atmosphere where you feel free to explore deeper levels of yourself. You get to figure out how your inner world works, and how to make it work, so that you can be happy and successful. I like to pay attention to every part that makes my clients uniquely themselves, as I work with clients of all ages, genders, religions, sexual orientations, ethnicity, races, and identities.

More Info About My Practice
No two people are the same, therefore I adapt counseling methods that resonate best with you personally. For example, I use play therapy to help children discover coping skills to deal with overwhelming stress (and improve their behavior). With adults, I use a more analytical approach that allows you to figure out and reconcile the parts of yourself that are in conflict.
It would be my privilege to walk with you on your journey to a better day-to-day! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions! I look forward to hearing from you.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I also specialize in working with children who have a chronic or terminal illness by providing a safe environment to openly express internal experiences. Children often appear brave as a way to not only cope with their illness but to protect their families. Counseling is an outlet to receive support during a time of hopelessness.
