Are you, a loved one, or your child struggling with:

*Panic attacks?
*Trauma/Grief Related Issues?
*Social Anxiety?
*Generalized Anxiety?
*Social Anxiety?

I am a Cognitive-Behavioral therapist who helps both children and adults who are struggling with anxiety and depression. It is hard to function, let alone live a full life, when you are held back by fear and anxiety. My role as a therapist is to help my clients get "unstuck," and get back to living a life that feels more balanced, free, and joyful.

Research has shown cognitive-behavioral therapy to be one of the most helpful treatments for anxiety related issues. While I pride myself in using a strongly evidence-based practice, I take even more care to make sure that my clients feel heard and understood. So, while I am goal-oriented in my approach to therapy I am ALSO relatable, authentic, and caring.

Previous to opening my private practice I worked at one of the top centers for cognitive-behavioral therapy in the Bay Area. This experience allowed me to study and learn a great deal about helping people who are struggling with anxiety related issues, but even more importantly it taught me how to adapt therapy to meet the developmental and emotional needs of all ages, ranging from age six to elder adults.

More Info About My Practice

Special interests: I am currently in the process of getting my national certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy, so that I may help those who have been impacted by traumatic events start the path of healing, and get to a place where they are functioning better.

Fees: While I don't accept insurance, I do offer a sliding scale fee for clients who qualify based on income.
