I utilize a straight forward and empathic approach to treatment. I believe that to have a happy life one must focus on having meaning and purpose, while also developing effective skills for dealing with problems and challenges in your day to day life. Quality of life has also been shown to come from relationships, so I also work toward improving relationships and increasing an individuals self awareness to better manage his or her interpersonal effectiveness. My approach to therapy uses a combination of support and skill building to help you heal or make the changes you need to have a better life.
