My first goal is to provide you with the space, the safety and the opportunity to identify and share your reasons for coming in. It may be that you want to better understand and take care of yourself, to improve your relationships, to alleviate stress and/or to solve other concrete problems. Together we will clarify the challenges you're facing, the ways you've dealt with them before and alternative approaches. I am comfortable dealing with a wide range of issues, but also recognize that each person or couple's experiences are unique.
