Often people seek therapy when they are feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious or frustrated with certain aspects of their lives. I help people to make sense out of their emotions, thoughts and reactions, as these are often linked to past experiences and conditioning. When they are able to achieve a thorough understanding of their personal dynamics, they can rid themselves of obstacles standing in the way of meeting their goals. People can then feel more empowered and influential in their interactions and decisions. The process of gaining a clear perspective is done without judgment, but rather by honoring strengths and self value. When levels of anxiety and depression decrease, opportunities are created for happiness and satisfaction.
