Life can become difficult as problems take up more space in our minds and lives. I believe in your ability to overcome even the greatest problems and that having a guide can help you move in that direction. My approach to healing is integrative, utilizing different therapies according to your unique history and concerns. I am here to support you in realizing and expanding upon your knowledge's, practices, and resources that will be effective in creating your preferred life story.
I have practiced in various regions in the country and have experience with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds including Native Americans, Latin Americans, and US veterans. I am comfortable helping people move forward from a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family struggles, anorexia and bulimia, and I have particular expertise in consulting with people affected by traumatic experiences.
Outside of my work, I enjoy anything active and deep into nature, meditation, yoga, and cooking. My dog is often at my hip.
