Life can become difficult as problems take up more space in our minds and lives. I believe in your ability to overcome even the greatest problems and that having a guide can help you move in that direction. My approach to healing is integrative, utilizing different therapies according to your unique history and concerns. I am here to support you in realizing and expanding upon your knowledge's, practices, and resources that will be effective in creating your preferred life story.

I have practiced in various regions in the country and have experience with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds including Native Americans, Latin Americans, and US veterans. I consult with people affected by traumatic experiences as well as those working to reconnect in relationships, overcome depression and anxiety, and deal with concerns related to sexuality and intimacy. Ultimately, my practice is rooted in compassion, kindness, and respect.

Outside of my work, I enjoy being active in nature, meditation, yoga, and cooking. My dog is often at my hip.
