My practice is based on the belief that all people have an innate desire for happiness, as well as an intuitive and unconscious sense of how to manifest this happiness. Various components of your experience can stifle this inner wisdom, including your upbringing and psychological or neurological makeup. My role is to offer a dedicated safe space and a relational experience that calls forth your internal wisdom. I'm an interactive therapist, offering direction when helpful. But I also know when to stay out of the way!

More Info About My Practice

I work with a broad range of individuals, common issues I treat often include ADHD, depression, anxiety and compulsive behaviors. I help my clients explore their lives, ways of thinking, their relationships, strengths, and the barriers they face to optimal well-being. The understanding we build can help us identify concrete steps to help you shift damaging patterns in a more helpful direction. The process isn't always easy, but laughter is often a critical component.

I am on several insurance panels including Aetna, Magellan and American Behavioral. I participate as an out of network provider on other panels and my office can assist you in submitting claims for reimbursement.
