Men: Does your life lack joy and a sense of purpose? Do you find yourself feeling distant from others, especially your marriage partner or family? Do you feel like you are observing your life instead of living it fully? We men are not raised to be in touch with feelings and then find it hard to understand the feelings that come up in ourselves or in our loved ones. Are you soon to be married or an expectant father? Now is a good time to get help in developing the missing pieces on how to have emotionally healthy partnerships and be the father you want to be.

I also specialize in helping couples. Do you feel like you are having the same fight over and over again? Do you feel unseen and unheard by your partner? Do you feel more distant with unresolved resentments? I work to create a safe place for you to have a real relationship. where we'll work on communication skills, resolve the hurts of the past and help you return to the intimacy and connection you began with.

I bring over twenty years of working with men and couples and also my life experience as a father and marriage partner of twenty five years to supporting your work.
