Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe you think you have nowhere to turn. But sometimes there's relief in just being understood. I provide a comfortable, accepting, safe space where you can freely share whatever you're thinking without being judged.

I structure my practice around each client's individual needs. No single model can work for all people. I've worked with diverse populations, ranging in age from early teens to the elderly, and including clients struggling with dementia, MS, neurological disorders, and caregiving. I specialize in topics such as suicidal thoughts, self-injury, emotional issues, relationships, anxiety, and depression.

The therapeutic relationship is a major predictor of therapy's success, so getting a feel for my style is an important step on your journey. I offer a **NO COST** 30 minute phone or face-to-face consultation to be sure of a good fit prior to any commitment. I look forward to talking to you, whether in person or over the phone. I have day, evening, and weekend appointments available.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Working with individuals struggling with adult ADD/ADHD, depression, anxiety, self-injury, and suicidal ideations.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

I believe the client/therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process. I feel it is necessary for not only the therapist to be a good fit for client but the client needs to be a good fit for the therapist.
