I provide effective and long-lasting treatment for depression and anxiety by addressing the causes of these problems at their roots. Attachment theory and recent neurological studies strongly support the idea that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in terms of providing real and long-lasting change. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the treatment I provide, from building trust to understanding how a patient's suffering manifests in my office. Emotional suffering is very painful, and I consider it my duty to relieve my clients of their pain as quickly and most comfortably as possible.
