As a therapist, my role is to create a nurturing, safe, empathetic space for couples, families, and individuals to explore issues such as depression, grief, loss, anxiety, relationship problems, and substance abuse. We'll partner together to help you achieve a healthy balance between mind, body, and emotions. This can increase your success in professional and personal relationships, while empowering you to lead a hopeful, meaningful life of purpose.
With an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology, I have a specialized approach that helps you cultivate insight and change, empower you to discover, understand, and shift any negative thoughts and or beliefs that may get in the way of your true happiness. My work integrates Psychodynamic theory, Humanistic approaches and Spiritual Psychology as taught at the University of Santa Monica.
I have over a decade of experience offering couples therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy. My private practice is located in Pacific Palisades and West Los Angeles.

More Info About My Practice
I am an out of network provider. I can provide your insurance with what is known as a "super bill." This means that your insurance will reimburse you depending on your insurance coverage. Insurance can be frustrating and complicated. Depending on the financial situation, I am able to see clients on a sliding scale.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I am trained in Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral modalities. In addition to my clinical training, I completed a MA from the University of Santa Monica in 2013, with an emphasis on Consciousness, Health and Healing.
Spiritual Psychology is a Humanistic model approach to psychotherapy that focuses not only on the mental, emotional, physical, and behavioral aspects of psychological growth and development, but the spiritual aspects of our humanness and growth as well.
