I also enjoy helping you find ways to strengthen your relationships, both with yourself and with others who are important to you. I work with individuals, couples, and families of any configuration.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

As a member of the community I serve, I know from experience that it can be difficult to find providers who truly understand the nuances of living life as a sexual and relationship minority. I became a counselor in order to provide a safe space for my community. My main goal is to promote your well being.

The relationship between client and therapist is an important healing aspect of therapy. My role in this alliance is to support you and challenge you with the intent of encouraging your personal growth. Therapy is a joint effort between client and therapist to reach your goals.
