My Approach to Helping

I cherish my relationships with clients. I understand how difficult it can be to open up to a stranger and trust her. I assure you that you will be given respect, compassion and my full attention in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere. The heart of your therapy is the relationship between us, which will allow you to gain understanding, achieve self-acceptance and confidence in your own inner wisdom. My intuition and insight from years of experience will help you succeed in reaching your goals. I will gently and caringly help to guide you through this healing process. Congratulations on taking the first step to living a loving, peaceful, fulfilling life.

More Info About My Practice

My practice hours are broad with 3 nights a week and Saturday mornings if needed. . I am in-network for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Cigna and out-of-network for other insurance companies. Due to covid-19 I am providing telehealth services.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My view of the therapeutic process is to help you realize you are "not broken" but a healthy beautiful person. Sometimes life experiences block us from realizing our own goodness. So I encourage you to push through any doubt or fear and connect to your inner wisdom and beauty. It is always there within you. It is quite exhilarating to live in this awareness. Take the first step and call me. It is my privilege to serve and be of help.
