Each person begins psychotherapy for different reasons. My approach begins with making sure clients and I are working toward the same goals.

I am a certified trauma therapist who utilizes effective, non-pathologizing tools like Internal Family Systems Therapy, EMDR and art therapy within the context of a trusting therapeutic relationship. I encourage a collaborative experience where the client feels supported enough to address difficult feelings safely.
