My Approach to Helping

Many of us have an abundance of inner resources and sometimes we need support in empowering these parts of ourselves. My goal is to help you transform life's challenges into a story of resiliency and to assist you in connecting to your own inner healing intelligence. My approach is warm, genuine, and respectful. I work with adults of all ages who are creating a life that is a true expression of who they are. Some people are navigating career transitions, exploring spirituality, and finding a way forward through relationship challenges. Whatever path you are on, I honor the courage it takes to step into a be way of being.
