My Approach to Helping

From a space of non-judgment and sensitivity, I believe it is my job to provide a supportive environment for us to explore patterns that contribute to the pain and challenges of your everyday life. I aim to bring light to different ways of being, so you can experience less pain, more satisfaction, and a better quality of life. We all get stuck at some point in our lives. It is my job to be present in those "stuck" moments so that we may collaborate in discovering the origins of the pain while identifying a path to well-being that fits for you.

More Info About My Practice

Regarding COVID-19: I am conducting therapy sessions remotely and in-person during this time. Please see my website for more details.

I offer appointments on weekdays during regular business hours, with limited early morning availability. I ask for payment in the form of checks, cash, or credit card and accept payment at the time of service. I am currently an out of network provider and am happy to provide you with the necessary documentation if you wish to submit for reimbursement by your insurance company.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I help adults manage a range of concerns, and who begin therapy wanting to change some part of their lives. Sometimes these concerns manifest as relationship problems, difficulties coping with daily stress, anxiety, depression, a general feeling of dissatisfaction, or a lack of fulfillment. I also enjoy working with individuals who express concerns related to grief and loss, trauma, and chronic physical health conditions.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I very much admire each individual's level of authenticity and trust upon beginning therapy, as I appreciate this is a professional relationship unlike any other. I respect each client's individual identity, concerns, and context, offering safe therapy so that we can together identify a path to fulfillment that is congruent with your needs.
