I practice Cognitive-Behavioral therapy with both adolescents and families. It focuses on challenging ways of thinking through creative and imaginative counseling sessions.

Non-directive play therapy is especially appropriate for children between ages 3 and 12 years old. Children learn to communicate with others, express feelings, modify behavior, develop problem-solving skills, and learn a variety of ways of relating to others. Ask me more about how play therapy may help your child.
