More Info About My Practice

My fee is $125 per session. I am offering a free 30 minute consultation to provide you with an opportunity to meet with me and address any questions or concerns you may have about your situation and/or the therapy process. I am not currently accepting insurance at this time and would be considered an out-of-network provider. I can provide a copy of your bill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please find out if your insurance provides reimbursement for out-of-network providers.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as therapist is to ensure you have a safe and comfortable place to share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I take an active role during sessions, providing comments and feedback to develop insight and awareness. I also provide psychoeducation and additional information that I feel will increase your knowledge and understanding regarding your current issues. I also welcome feedback from you regarding your thoughts and feelings about the effectiveness of the current interventions and therapies being used to help you reach yourr goals.

My Therapy Focus

The most important focus of the therapy work is to develop a supportive working relationship, in order for you to feel safe and comfortable throughout our time together. My focus in each session is to help you develop insight and awareness about yourself and those around you. I also focus on helping you develop the necessary skills to bring about change, such as changing one's thinking, communication skills, relaxation skills, etc. I believe that our physical health and emotional health are interconnected and will focus on helping you develop healthy habits to promote good physical and emotional health.
