I am a provider for multiple insurance companies, and I can provide invoices to submit for out-of-network coverage. I am a provider for the following companies: Aetna, Aetna EAP, American Behavioral, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Open Path Collective, and Palmetto EAP. My rates are $100/per session without insurance.
