I can help you and your loved ones navigate the unexpected and complex challenges that often come in our relationships. I offer a safe, comfortable, and professional environment where couples and families can learn new ways of communicating and interacting with each other that can help them get "unstuck" from their negative patterns and move forward in their lives.

Couples:
I work with couples facing a variety of problems that may include recovering from an affair or infidelity, frequent arguments, struggling to negotiate in-law relationships, disagreements in child-rearing, or facing infertility. No matter what the challenge in your relationship, therapy can help you and your partner find new ways of interacting and create different possibilities for the future. I offer services to couples in all stages of their relationship, ranging from dating and premarital counseling, newlyweds, seasoned couples facing new challenges, and those who may be contemplating separation.

Individuals:
I help individuals struggling with various issues in their life including depression, anxiety, and various life stressors. We are all impacted by the relationships in our lives and even when I am working with you alone, I will help you find new ways to improve your connections and relationships with others in order to find healing and solutions to the problems you face.

Families/Children:
I help families to learn new ways of managing conflict and communicating with each other. When working with children, I value including parents in the process in order to ensure that your child reaches his/her fullest potential.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I am amazed at the courage it takes to make changes in order to overcome life's challenges and I feel blessed to be a part of that process. In our fast-paced world, we often forget that taking care of our mental and emotional health is as important as eating healthy and getting exercise. I love being able to help clients achieve a happier, healthier way of living that allows them to find more peace in their lives.

My Role as a Therapist

As a therapist, I offer a safe environment for you to work through difficult issues. Often when we are the midst of trials and challenges in our lives, it is difficult to sort out and make sense of everything which can lead to feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. I will help you to find clarity and guide you towards making changes in your life that will help you to achieve your desired goals.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

My therapy services are individualized, meaning we take the time to create a plan specific to you and your partner/family's needs and goals. If you're not sure about whether therapy is right for you, I offer a free consultation to help you determine what the benefits could be for you and your relationships. Whether you would just like to increase your skills in navigating what may seem like normal life challenges, or are facing a serious and painful struggle in your life, I am dedicated to helping you build upon your existing strengths to find solutions and improve the quality of your life and relationships.
