As a therapist, I help create an environment where your individual healing can occur. I believe in client-centered therapy and a personalized approach. I learn about you and your challenges and then give you the tools and support to address them with confidence.

I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology and I have been practicing since 2014. I have spent hundreds of hours working with people with all types of therapy needs, from building better relationships to beginning addiction recovery.

The ability to be dynamic and flexible is part of my unique offering. Your needs drive the therapy and I acknowledge that those needs can change from day to day or session to session. We will address them together.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

I will work with you to define what you hope to achieve through therapy and establish your personal goals. I want you to be inspired and motivated by this journey.

Some of the outcomes I have observed from my clients through therapy are:
* Improved relationships with their partners, family members, and colleagues facilitated through increased and effective communication
* Recovery from grief, addiction, and depression
* New coping strategies for dealing with stress and hurt
* Healthier boundaries
* Clarity

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

I genuinely enjoy helping people and witnessing when they have reached a point where they are able to apply a new and healthy strategy to manage their lives. Let me listen, objectively and respectfully, and then we will develop a therapy plan that will work for you.

This is a partnership where we work together to create a space and opportunity for your personal healing.

My Role as a Therapist

If you are sad, I let you be sad. If you are happy, I let you be happy.

My practice is built on a place of zero judgement. I am objective and actively tuning into the areas that lie at the heart of your challenges. You can expect a comfortable, caring, safe, respectful, and confidential environment.

Taking the Next Steps
