Billing and Insurance
I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
Fees: Initial phone consultations are free. Individual therapy sessions are $120 per 55 minute session. Couples therapy sessions are $150 per 55 minute session.
While I do not accept health insurance, I can provide you with a statement with all the necessary codes which enables you to file directly with your insurance company for reimbursement.
