I love to work with couples and adolescents who want to better their understanding of themselves & their relationships. Taking this new insight as well as what I can offer from my areas of expertise, we work together to achieve the life and relationships they most want.
I have advanced training in the Gottman Method and am eager and equipped to assist couples in developing a healthier relationship, including better and more effective communication and problem-solving. I have a special spot in my heart for teens and offer adolescent support groups free of charge. I also greatly value my work with individual clients and their families.
I am a work in progress, just like you and I strive to pursue my own betterment of health, self-compassion, and emotional well-being. Combined with ever-expanding expertise and training, you can feel confident that in my office you'll find warmth, comfort, and empathy alongside the challenges you may need to face to complete this rewarding work.

Frequently Asked Questions
What payment options do you accept?
I accept payment via check, credit card, and cash.
Do you take insurance?
I don't file insurance claims for my client. I will, however, be happy to offer you the documentation you need to be reimbursed by your insurer. You are responsible for the full cost of each session, and it's up to you to determine what can be reimbursed, whether there is a deductible you must first meet, and what percentage of your costs will be covered.
Do you prescribe medications?
No. Only doctors can prescribe medication. If I feel you might benefit from medication, I can refer you to a psychiatrist. Psychiatrists offer psychiatric evaluations, as well as prescriptions.
Can I see you if I'm also seeing a psychiatrist?
Yes. Your psychiatrist and I can work together to ensure you get the best and most well-rounded treatment possible. You'll need to sign an information release for us to discuss your treatment and progress, and once you do, your psychiatrist and I can collaborate going forward.
Where is your office?
