First I want to applaud you for taking the time to research the therapists on this site. By doing so you are already becoming an active participant in your own healing and growth. Reaching out for therapy can be scary. However, it can also be fulfilling, encouraging, and life changing.
I believe everything we do and who we truly are, is a combination of our life experiences, our interactions with our environment and our relationships with others. You have a unique identity which holds gifts, talents and strengths. I am passionate about helping others learn how their gifts, talents and strengths can be used to lessen the intensity of their challenges.
I will provide you will a safe, accepting environment to process the things in your life that are stealing your joy and help your determine, or perhaps re-determine your passion for life. If you would like I can guide you in using the elements of art, play, music, poetry, rhythm, movement, journaling and bibliotherapy to reach your goals.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
In addition to what it addressed above I'd also like to invite women to consider participation my my women's expressive art group. This will start on February 27th 2017 and run for 6 weeks. The cost is reasonable. I expect to have a waiting list as I can only accept 6-8 women for this group. However, I will be scheduling additional women's groups in the future.
