People who work with me report: "YOU SAY YOU'RE A SHRINK, BUT I FEEL EXPANDED WHEN I'M IN HERE." That's because I believe we all can expand how we think and, as a result, how we experience living and interpret what happens to us. It's so easy to get caught up in your beliefs (or mis-beliefs), your habits and your everyday living only to wake up one day, feeling stuck with what we've created and not knowing how to get unstuck. I help clients of all ages function better and feel more productive and happier.

There is a route out and clients who work with me say they feel heard and understood often for the first time. Even more importantly, we work together to have you be able to access your own wisdom and act in accordance with your authentic values. Patients not only find current solutions to long-standing, greater self-confidence where they used to experience doubting themselves/ changing their minds but they even reclaim elements of their health, vitality and youthfulness. I've seen permanent shifts time and again as individuals, couples and families find their relationships are transformed. The latest research validates that such work can result not only in feeling better and functioning better, but in changes to the brain. Life actually becomes easier, making decisions becomes lighter and dreams turn into probabilities.

More Info About My Practice

I've developed a family coaching practice where I help seniors and those who are caring for them, or as I call it doing POP (ParentingOurParents) derive the practical and emotional support to turn this portion of life into a time of healing, intergenerational learning, joy and love.
