Your relationship can absolutely become more vibrant, interesting, and connected than it is now. Whether you are struggling with sexual issues, disconnection and withdrawal, silent dissatisfaction, an affair or repetitive fights, I can help YOU and YOUR PARTNER. I don't work to save your relationship; instead I work to help both of you become more differentiated (which means STRONGER IN YOURSELF and MORE OPEN to others). By becoming more of yourself, your relationship has a significantly better chance of changing and growing dramatically.
You can live a more intimate, connected life. The more open and honest you can be with me - and the more willing you are to take a good look at yourself - the more I can help you. I believe that you are resilient, capable of amazing self-confrontation and able to live at increasing levels of depth, desire, and fulfillment in your life. I believe that you becoming more of you - by learning how to self-soothe, confront yourself when you are not operating out of a grounded place, and open your mind to your partner with goodwill, can increase your ability to be deeply intimate. This intimacy is multi-faceted and involves deeper mental intimacy (opening your mind to your partner), physically intimacy (letting your partner in on what you enjoy physically or may want to try), spiritually intimacy (your place of deepest connection and meaning) and emotionally intimacy (deepening connection because you really see each other's self-confrontation).
Your partnership can shift dramatically from places of intense tension or icy stagnation to working openly and honestly with one another. In order for things to shift, you or your partner need to CALL YOURSELF OUT for the ways you withdrawal, attack, disengage, and harm yourself or your partner. Or, your partner needs to quiet down and get clear about what they're really wanting and begin operating from that place of depth, solidity, and desire. I can help you get there - by noticing in session how you are engaging, and interrupting your repeated patterns that are not serving you well. You have a choice point - a place where you can take yourself on, because you've decided that you want to become more of yourself, and more of someone you respect.

More Info About My Practice
I am receiving ADVANCED TRAINING IN INTIMACY, SEXUAL ISSUES, AND SEXUAL DYSFUNCTIONS. I consider sexual dysfunctions as normal and inevitable (a recent study suggests that 35-50% of Americans currently experience a sexual issue and everyone will at some point in their lives); "Dysfunction" provides an immense opportunity to address underlying dynamics, feelings, meanings and thoughts that are contributing to your dysfunction. Often your sexual dysfunction is an opportunity for you to confront unresolved issues in a dynamic way. Your efforts can free you up far beyond resolving your issue - you can gain peace with yourself and your partner and increase the amount of emotional connection, presence and meaning you have with each other. This is such significant, deep, personal work. I respect your willingness to tackle your issues in a forthright way - no matter how long it has been in coming.
