Life is largely about Transitions. Sometimes they are really hard (break ups, divorce, losing a loved one, losing a dog or cat, losing a job, getting older). Sometimes they are positive, and STILL a challenge (a divorce you really needed, a new relationship, a new job, moving to a different city, retirement or semi-retirement). In either case, it can be really helpful to talk to someone when negotiating these transitions, and making sure they become Transformations rather than just painful or even traumatic.

As someone who has created/chosen a lot of Transitions in my life, I can help you negotiate yours by exploring the deeper meaning of your experience, as well as by helping you discover your next great path in life.

I tend to focus on the positive, on what is RIGHT in your life, what your strengths are. I do not let us get caught in the vortex of trauma, or victimhood.

I believe we are to a very significant extent the creators of our own experience, and believe it or not, a lot of people have no interest in that kind of power, or responsibility, or opportunity in their lives. If you are thinking you want change in your life, more meaning, more joy, more wonder....if fear, or anxiety, or depressed feelings, or just existential confusion are keeping you from REALLY going after the life you want, please call me.

I am not a magician, but I am good at this. You have to be ready to change, or we can't drive this bus anywhere. But if you are serious, there is no limit...
