Healing starts with hope. Whether you are struggling to cope with a crisis or loss, attempting to overcome emotional obstacles including anxiety and depression, or trying to adjust to transitions in life such as starting a new career or relationship, my goal is the same. I provide high quality psychotherapy that empowers, renews and transforms. My holistic therapeutic approach addresses the emotional blocks and negative thought patterns that can keep you stuck and prevent you from achieving the quality of life you desire. My goal is to collaborate with you to identify your strengths to overcome the problems that led you to seek therapy. I will work with you to develop stronger intuition, resiliency and whole-heartedness to help you further heal and thrive.

Professionally, I have been assessing and treating mental health issues since 2006. I have clinical expertise in the treatment of trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders and insomnia. I have worked in a variety of settings including drug and alcohol rehabilitation programs and the VA. Now, as a private practitioner, I can provide psychological services to the community at large. I love what I do and that shines through in my work.
