Are you eager to change the way you relate to people, either by abandoning passivity or needless anger? Do you crave tools that can help you tackle the challenges of life? You've come to the right place, and I can help you achieve the growth for which you strive.
We'll work together to find solutions and set goals to your unique challenges. We can't change the past, but we can collaborate to understand and address your present challenges. We'll uncover long-standing habits and negative perceptions that prevent you from achieving the fulfilling, meaningful life you want.
My extensive training, life experiences, and background qualify me to treat a wide variety of clients. I use complementary methods to ensure an individually tailored approach designed to meet the needs of each client. I offer a free ten-minute phone consultation to both current and prospective clients.
Please call or email me for an individual, couples, or family therapy session today.

I'm an in-network provider for Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna, College Health IPA, and Magellan. Many companies have coverage for out-of-network therapists, so check with your carrier and find out what your out-patient mental health coverage is and whether you have out-of-network benefits.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
One of my mentors told me when I was in training that to be a good therapist you have to have been "through some wars" and won. Because of my life experiences and having had good therapy myself, I believe I am able to listen and communicate well with clients, as well as guide them into new ways of thinking and behaving.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
Most people encounter some experience in life that presents challenges. It doesn't mean that one is weak or deficient. It actually takes courage and maturity to admit that one needs some help and guidance. My own therapy many years ago was life-changing and I am forever grateful for that experience.
