I offer comprehensive psychotherapy to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, identity development, and multicultural issues. I work from a strength-based, social justice-informed, collaborative approach, evidence-based and practice-based techniques. During the therapeutic process, I offer a supportive, safe space to nurture a therapeutic relationship that enables you to discuss emotionally painful concerns. I am compassionate, empathetic, warm, flexible, and creative. I sometimes use humor to aid the process.

I am a psychologist who is culturally competent, and am passionate about working with disenfranchised communities, particularly LGBTQQI people, women, and people of color. I believe that my own experience of navigating multiple intersectional oppressions has provided invaluable insights for working with my clients. I aim to help clients lead happier and more productive lives, enriched with better relationships.
