I believe in helping my clients to dig deep within to discover their own unique guiding principles. I believe that everyone has the power within to succeed and take ownership of their life in order to accomplish their goals. I consider myself a light post, a guide to a process of self-discovery. I will help them learn to know themselves on a deeper level- to discover their strengths and weaknesses, and to have healthier and more fulfilling relationships.

I use many different treatment modalities and will adjust based on the need of the client. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at and acting as a facilitator towards positive change.

I practice at two locations- In Burien and in Seattle on Lake Union. I see children as young as 3 years old up to elderly clients in a range of mental and adjustment issues.
