Clients often seek my assistance when they face relationship stress or major crossroads in their lives. While the current life crisis or difficulty might be the initial prompting to get counseling, I believe that, quite often, there is a deeper yearning for wholeness that is underneath that. I see myself as a facilitator of this process of growth and healing, and consider it a privilege to witness the courage and commitment of my clients as they explore their essential questions and reshape their worlds.

I help my clients reconnect with the forgotten parts of themselves, identify and cultivate their strengths, and achieve deeper balance and harmony in their relationships and lives. Psychotherapy is, to me, a process of growth, accessing resources, uncovering hidden talents, and learning to live easily and with joy. It can ultimately unlock the path to inner freedom.

Whether I work with individuals, couples or families, I see people in context of their larger family or community, including a family of origin, as well as in context of their ancestral system. From this point of view, which is unique in my approach, I often find that life difficulties could be possible symptoms of unresolved multi-generational entanglements or systemic pressures.

I blend my extensive clinical training with ancient healing approaches, offering a unique and integrated model that helps people pave their way to living more meaningful lives.

My Role as a Therapist

People often come to the psychotherapist's office when the situation is dare. There may be depression, anxiety, relationship crisis, or even painful physical symptoms. We all know when our lives are "off" in some way - and things do get thrown off balance by enormous demands of modern living. There is, then, understandable sense of urgency in solving the immediate symptoms.

I believe that most people would also benefit from exploring what real healing looks like: inner freedom and a return of the sense of being fully alive. I help people get back in alignment with their life purpose, address important goals, regain a sense of control and wholeness, find meaning and heal important relationships in their lives.
