I am always excited when a new person decides to reach out to me in order to try out some counseling. The counseling relationship is a unique one, that I have seen time after time lead to meaningful change and healing. I am inspired daily by witnessing the perseverance and unique strengths of so many people; getting them through difficult times and getting back to a life engaged with their passions, talents, and meaningful relationships. With a bit of self-reflection and compassion, together we can find the unique solutions and skills tailored to your needs. I bring an approach that puts judgments aside in order to "do what works" , while going "deep" into experiences when it can bring about new perspective and desired change.
