Hello. I believe skilled psychotherapy requires a number of different factors, but it needs to take place within a respectful professional relationship. A therapist needs to have an excellent understanding of human behavior, problems that can result or disorders that can develop, and how people can progress to grow and change. Medication can very often be a great help to people, as we continue to increasingly understand the biological and hereditary factors involved in many behaviors and problems. Thanks for reviewing my profile, and consideration for our working together towards greater health.

Over many years of practice and in a variety of different settings, I've treated a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
