I appreciate and attend to each person's unique personality and life experience. I work in collaboration with clients to find approaches that are the best fit for the individual client's needs, while providing an atmosphere of acceptance and trust. I ascribe to theories and techniques that value honesty, direct feedback, relationship, authenticity and health of mind, body spirit and emotions. I engage with clients in a direct, dynamic, creative and energetic style. I use honesty, humor, playfulness, direct feedback and compassion to help clients change destructive patterns, build resilience, improve personal relationships, find meaning in life and to feel more alive!

I enjoy working with couples. I work with both same and mixed-gendered relationships. My philosophy is deeply rooted in a belief that relationships are essential to health and a fulfilling human experience. I believe that our happiness and quality of life are directly related to the quality and depth of our primary relationships and the health of our attachments. I work with couples helping them to connect on a deeper and more meaningful level. I provide an atmosphere in which both partners are equally respected and valued. I help couples to create a safe environment in which they can grow together and explore their relationship. With curiosity and open communication I believe that couples can increase their connection and love for one another, which helps enable them to transform their relationship.
