Over the last ten years, I have learned that happiness, in and out of relationships, is of the utmost importance. However, most of us are defined by the relationships we have (or don't have) at home, at work, at school and in social gatherings. When change occurs, whether by choice or otherwise, it forces us to evaluate our happiness and identity in the context of relationships and life itself.
Being content with your true self, finding the person of your dreams, or working with your current relationship to elevate it beyond what you could hope is possible, is my passion. My work is to help you discover unhelpful patterns that hold you back, implementing new ways of thinking and being, aligning you with a more helpful and positive life trajectory. Therapy should lead you towards those things that you've always hoped possible.
If you've dealt or are dealing with trauma, infidelity, changes in life circumstances, conflict, transition, anxiety, coming out, or depression, you have the ability to address these challenges with a heightened awareness, action and insight. It is important that you can do so in a judgment free environment, a place where you can feel comfortable to tell your story, to a person who will listen to understand. I look forward to our work together.
