Having time to get to know you is important, and then I can help you to determine insights into what is blocking you from having a fulfilling life. It is my passion to help you if you are in pain. I work primarily with depression and anxiety. Have you been depressed for over two weeks, experiencing low self-esteem, insomnia, changes in eating, thinking about death or dying? Have you been experiencing panic: increased heart rate, feelings of smothering, feelings of impending doom, sweating, feeling dizzy, fear of losing control or going crazy. If you've been experiencing any of these symptoms, I can help you to feel better quickly.

More Info About My Practice

I am panelled with most primary insurance companies in the area. If I don't take your insurance we can look into what your out-of-network benefits are. Finally, I am willing to see you at a reduced rate if you are willing to self-pay.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

As I stated above, I am skilled at helping with depression and anxiety. I also love to work with people who are experiencing significant changes or transitions in their lives. Working to help you know yourself better and understand the motivations for the things that you do is also a specialty of mine.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

What I love about being a therapist is that I get to help you decrease your pain, and see you make significant changes in your life. I love helping to guide you to make insights into how to feel better, and to know yourself better. I love knowing that if you work hard in therapy, you will experience changes that can affect the rest of your life. I don't have any specific answers or techniques for you, because I believe that we all know deep down inside what we really need to get better.
