I focus on the role your life experiences have played in shaping you, as well as influencing your emotions, relationships, and perspective. Awareness and insight of these issues can help you achieve emotional growth and healing.
I believe it is impossible to live in this world without being affected by your most intimate relationships. Those relationships with your partner, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and family affect your experience. I hope to help you navigate those relationships, while empowering you to identify your own role in creating your experience.
