I'm a Bay Area transplant and I worked for two decades as a busy leader and manager in small, mid-sized and large organizations. I know the challenges that today's working person experiences and I help my clients navigate the personal and professional relationships in their lives.
It can be difficult to notice our thoughts and emotions and the effect that they have on us. But when we do, a magic moment happens that can leads us toward a new and different behavior and experience for our lives.
