Change is hard. Some people might tell you it is impossible. Not true! We are constantly change, but rarely notice or appreciate those changes. Our best selves are present here and now, but a range of obstacles can block and limit our potential to grow and change.

If you experience depression, anxiety, or unsatisfying relationships, change might not be as difficult as you think. Mood issues and challenges in our earliest relationships can affect these areas, as well as our jobs and careers.
The key is to improve our sense of who we are, what we want, and how to make and achieve goals. Better understanding of feelings, thoughts, and actions can help to better identify barriers to happiness. Amazingly, making small, simple changes can have a big impact.

I began my career working with adolescents and children, and helping parents manage challenging life transitions. My current practice focuses on individuals with depression and mood issues, anxiety, parenting, and relationship problems. Although seeking help may be difficult, it is a valuable step toward a profoundly positive outcome.

More Info About My Practice

I have an integrated approach and recognize the many environments and relationships that impact our lives. For children, adolescents and families, I am comfortable working in the office as well as the home and school.
For adults, this could mean identifying and working to bring in significant others to sessions if desired.
