I enjoy helping people who struggle with anxiety, relationship issues, work concerns, eating disorders, parenting, and general life adjustments. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma, and am certified in the trauma resiliency model and in EMDR.

I love being a psychotherapist. I enjoy assisting people in developing a new relationships with themselves, ones in which they become more in touch with their authentic selves, what they've endured, and what they desire in this world. It is such a privilege to accompany individuals on this journey of finding more access to themselves and to share in their successes of improving self-understanding, self-esteem, relationships, and ability to negotiate practical concerns in life.
